Edward A. Eickhoff
Vice President Development/Redevelopment
Mr. Edward Eickhoff is Vice President Development/Redevelopment for Ramco-Gershenson. Mr. Eickhoff oversees the development and construction departments. In addition, his responsibilities include negotiating contracts with existing and new anchor tenants in the course of coordinating new development projects and the redevelopment of existing shopping centers for the Company. Mr. Eickhoff has been employed with Ramco-Gershenson since 1986. He is a graduate of Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and is a Senior Certified Leasing Specialist. Mr. Eickhoff is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on its Economic Policy Subcommittee and State Committee for Michigan. Mr. Eickhoff is also Chairman of the Oakland University Economic Board of Advisors, a member of the Oakland University Advisory Fund Board and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
