Stuart W. Stebleton

Vice President Asset Management

Mr. Stuart W. Stebleton is Vice President of Asset Management of the Southeast region. Mr. Stebleton is responsible for formulating and implementing the asset management strategy for the Southeast to maximize the profitability of the Company's shopping center portfolio while focusing on maintaining and enhancing the value of each property. He also assists in the daily management of the operations of the company’s wholly owned and joint venture assets within the Southeast Division. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Stebleton was Vice President of Leasing for New Plan Excel Realty Trust’s Midwest division (now Centro Properties). He holds a B.B.A from The University of Kentucky. He has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers for over 17 years.
